Round, pale-tan seeds from Kota, Ramganj, and the Madhya Pradesh belt. The Eagle variety is preferred for size and aroma; the Scooter strain delivers faster grind with a milder finish.
Flavour profile
Sweet, lemony, and warm with a subtle floral nose. The whole seed has a distinctly different profile from fresh leaf cilantro — woodier and more aromatic.
