Premium spices, sourced at origin — India · Bangladesh · Sri Lanka
Bless

A spice exporter built around the farms we source from.

Bless Consumer Global is a B2B spice and dry-food exporter connecting growers in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka with trading houses and food businesses in the Middle East, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Founded on a simpler path from farm to freight.

Bless was founded on a conviction the global spice trade had quietly forgotten: that the world's most aromatic ingredients deserve a more direct path from the farms that grow them to the buyers who need them. Too much of the export market still moves through layered traders, anonymised origin, and quality that drifts between sample and shipment.

We started by doing the opposite — building long-horizon relationships with grower clusters in Kerala, Sylhet, and the Sri Lankan central highlands, then wrapping those relationships in lab-tested specifications, full traceability, and the certifications that international buyers actually rely on.

Today we ship to trading houses, food manufacturers, and retail-supply partners across the Middle East, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore — and the underlying model is unchanged. Named farms. Documented origin. One quality bar from sample to container.

We deal directly with farmers — and then we stay.

The export market is full of intermediaries. Our model removes them. The farms we source from know us by name; the families behind them have worked with us across multiple harvests. That's not a marketing posture — it's the only way to deliver consistency at scale.

01

Direct from origin

Every cluster we source from is named, audited, and visited. No layered traders, no opaque middle steps — only the farmer, the grading team, and us.

02

One quality bar

Whether it's a 25 kg retail run or a 24-tonne FCL, the same lab-tested specifications apply. Buyers in Riyadh and Singapore receive what was approved at origin.

03

Long-horizon relationships

We commit to multi-season offtake with our growers, which is what unlocks organic conversion, traceability, and consistent quality year over year.

Three origins, deeply known.

We concentrate our sourcing on regions where we can build deep grower relationships rather than thin ones in many places.

India

Tropical to subtropical · Western Ghats, Kerala backwaters, Gujarat dryland belts

  • Pepper
  • Cardamom
  • Turmeric
  • Chillies
  • Cumin
  • Coriander

India is the world's largest spice producer and our deepest sourcing footprint — from estate-managed pepper vines on the Malabar Coast to the cumin trading hub at Unjha and the high-altitude cardamom belt in Idukki.

Bangladesh

Humid subtropical · Sylhet, Chittagong hill tracts, Mymensingh

  • Turmeric
  • Coriander
  • Dry Ginger

Sylhet's clay-rich soil produces a softer, sweeter coriander and turmeric profile favoured by several Middle East curry-powder formulations. We work with smallholder co-operatives directly.

Sri Lanka

Tropical maritime · Central highlands, Galle, Matara, Matale

  • Ceylon Cinnamon
  • White Pepper
  • Cloves

The only origin in the world that produces true Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum). Our Sri Lankan partners hand-peel quills under multi-generation chalia families with documented coumarin testing on every lot.

Compliance you can audit.

Our certifications are what international buyers actually need at customs and on the shelf — and we maintain them across every lot, not selectively per shipment.
